Year 1’s Trip to the Natural History Museum

Year 1 went on a very exciting trip to the Natural History Museum to learn about their science topic ‘Ourselves’.

They looked at different types of animals, including scary dinosaurs and different mammals, and compared them to what they look like. They learnt that some animals have a lot of fur, some have sabers and some even have tails! This is different from what they are like. However, there are also similarities, because most animals have eyes, legs and arms just like us!

One of their favourite moments was when they got to see the T-Rex!
